S31803 Pipe Fittings consist of duplex steel containing ~22% chromium, 5–6% nickel, and 3% molybdenum. These constituents provide better resistance to pitting, crevice corrosion, and chloride stress corrosion. The fittings have tensile strength greater than 620 MPa and yield strength of about 450 MPa. They perform well under pressure and temperature variations, suitable for service temperatures up to 300°C. Manufactured under ASTM A815, they provide outstanding weldability, toughness, and fatigue resistance, making them suitable for high-performance industrial piping applications.
