Heer Fittings produces and distributes Nickel Alloy 200 Buttweld Fittings from its plant in Delhi, India, as per industry norms like ASTM B366 and ASME B16.9. These fittings—elbows, tees, reducers, caps, and crosses—are produced from commercially pure wrought nickel (Nickel 200), which is highly resistant to corrosion, thermal conductivity, and mechanical properties. The fittings are intended for use in high-performance pipe systems in chemical processing, electronics, and marine service sectors, especially where resistance to caustic alkalis and product purity maintenance are of utmost importance.

Nickel Alloy 200 has a minimum nickel content of 99.6%, with trace amounts of iron, copper, manganese, and silicon. It possesses a tensile strength of ~380 MPa, yield strength of ~105 MPa, and elongation of ~45%. The alloy has very good thermal and electrical conductivity and is resistant to corrosion in neutral and alkaline conditions. It works well in reducing conditions and is extremely resistant to caustic alkalis, such as sodium hydroxide. The material has good structural integrity in low and moderate temperature service, and the low carbon in the material prevents embrittlement by intergranular precipitation.

Nickel Alloy 200 Buttweld Fittings are applied in caustic solution handling systems, food-grade chemicals, and ultra-pure processing liquids. Industrial applications include chemical transportation and storage, production of synthetic fibers, pulp and paper, marine parts, and battery fabrication. The fittings also find application in heat exchangers, evaporators, and electronic component manufacturing where high electrical conductivity and contamination resistance are required. Because of their weldability and ductility, they are used in applications that need long service life with low maintenance in aggressive or high-purity conditions.
