Heer Fittings is a trustworthy producer and exporter of Stainless Steel 321 / 321H Forged Fittings in Delhi, India. These stabilized stainless steels with titanium are engineered for use in high-temperature applications, providing superior resistance to intergranular corrosion following welding. SS 321 is suitable for most applications of continuous heating exposure, but 321H has a higher carbon composition, which offers improved creep strength for tougher applications. At Heer Fittings, we undertake precise manufacturing and international standards compliance to make our forged fittings compatible with critical applications in power plants, chemical plants, thermal processing, oil refineries, and aerospace industries in India and worldwide.

Grade 321 / 321H UNS (S32100, S32109), DIN (1.4541, 1.4878)
Stainless Steel 321 / 321H Forged Fittings consist mainly of chromium (17–19%), nickel (9–12%), and titanium (min. 5 times carbon content). SS 321H contains more carbon (0.04–0.10%) than commercial 321, which provides a higher strength at high temperatures. They have a tensile strength of around 515 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of about 40%. The presence of titanium inhibits carbide precipitation on welding to provide outstanding resistance to intergranular corrosion. Both grades have stable mechanical properties and oxidation resistance in high-temperature conditions and are thus favorable for long-term, high-temperature exposure applications.

321 / 321H Stainless Steel Forged Fittings are used extensively in applications where there is extended exposure to high temperatures and corrosive environments. Typical uses include heat exchangers, exhaust systems, boiler fittings, superheater tubes, and refinery processing equipment. SS 321 is normally found in welded constructions where sensitization should be eliminated, whereas 321H is chosen for increased strength and creep resistance under high-pressure and high-temperature applications. These fittings are also utilized in chemical plants for processing, thermal processing equipment, aerospace assemblies, and marine systems. Their superior weldability, resistance to oxidation, and strength reliability make them the first choice for high-demand industrial processes.
