Stainless Steel 309H Pipe Fittings consist of chromium (22–24%), nickel (12–15%), and carbon (0.04–0.10%) with iron as the base material. The additional carbon content in 309H improves its creep resistance and high-temperature strength over regular 309. The fittings have a tensile strength of about 550 MPa, yield strength of 205 MPa, and elongation of about 40%. SS 309H supports structural integrity with long-term exposure to high temperatures and is highly resistant to thermal cycling and oxidation, making SS 309H Pipe Fittings most suitable for high-temperature industrial applications where they can with stand stress and provide reliability and stability.
